Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in truck fleet business analytics, equipment financing and lifecycle cost management, today announced that two of its industry expert professionals will be panelists at the Women In Trucking Accelerate! Conference, held in Dallas, November 7-9, 2016. The Accelerate! This session will offer thoughts and concerns on topics such as safety fitness determination of motor carriers, hours of service, safety, GHG Phase 2, electronic logging devices, and other upcoming mandates and their impacts on the operations of for-hire carriers, owner/operators, and shippers. Sandy has over 25 years of experience in fleet and safety management and is the company’s in-house transportation compliance and safety expert.

Brian McMahon, Data Analyst will participate in the session – Attracting Millennials: How Transportation Companies Can Compete for New Talent. Human Resources and recruiting executives will also share how they have successfully developed career opportunities that are enticing to Millennials.

“We’re excited and proud to have two members of our organization recognized as industry thought leaders by the WIT organization,” said Brian Holland, President and CFO of Fleet Advantage. “Areas such as legislation, compliance, operations and recruiting are all critical for the health and growth of the transportation industry, and our staff is committed to offering the very best service and knowledge to our clients each day, as well as industry peers.”
